I understand payment is due before the equipment can be picked up.

I understand that I am the only person authorized to handle and operate the equipment being rented.

I understand if the equipment I am renting is returned in any condition other than originally rented out, I am fully responsible for covering damages (including replacing the equipment entirely if determined by Caleb Phelps).

I understand that the rental window is fixed. If there is a delay in returning equipment I am responsible for a late fee of $50/day.
