Contract/Expectations/Deliverables

In relationship with the LaRue County Public Library this form lays out the expectations the Library Board can depend on as deliverables executed by Caleb Phelps in the form of an ongoing project (12 months) for the LaRue County Oral History Initiative.

  1. A filming window of up to three hours per individual interview. This includes travel, setup, filming, and teardown.

  2. A 2-week turnaround for a finished project. For example: If an interview is shot on September 1, a delivered final product will be submitted to the LaRue County Public Library Board by no later than September 15.

  3. As currently understood, each interview in raw (unedited) footage will be approximately 45-90min in length and a desired final edited product is requested to be between 5-12min.
