Dylan West Music Video

Contract/Expectations/Deliverables

In relationship with Dylan West this form lays out the expectations Dylan West can depend on as deliverables executed by Caleb Phelps in the form of a filmed music video.

1. A filming window of up to 4 hours. This includes travel, setup, filming, and teardown.

2. A 2-week turnaround for a finished project. For example: If the project is shot on September 1, a delivered final product will be submitted to Dylan West by no later than September 15.

3. As currently understood, the music video is to be shot in multiple takes, multiple angles, featuring shooting locations in the LaRue County area.

4. I understand by agreeing to this contract, I agree to put down a deposit before filming of 25% of the final agreed upon price that is non-refundable.

5. An agreed upon final price is exactly that, final. There will be no hidden up charges to Dylan West at the completion of the project.

6. The final price of the music video is: $500

7. Deliverables to Dylan West: An edited music video.
